Delivery:

Delivery is typically 3-4 weeeks from order, subject to items being in stock. We use our own drivers and vehicles to make sure our products arrive to you in perfect condition

Our Home Delivery Service will contact you once ypour order has been dispatched to arrange delivery with you, they will give you a delivery time slot to save you having to be in all day. Once the driver has arrived to the Delivery address, please make sure you follow the checklist below: 

  • You or a representative you have assigned must be at the delivery address to sign for the goods
  • Please unwrap and inspect the goods before signing the delivery note, check specially for cracks in any glass doors. We wrap the doors in clear film to help you do this easily. The driver will wait while you do this
  • Check that you have received all items listed in the delivery note, if you were unable to check the contents of a package, you must mark the delivery note as "contents unchecked", you then have 24 hours to check for shortages. if you see any ripped or disturbed packaging, please make a note on the delivery note.
  • ;Missing items must be reported within 24hrs of the delivery
  • Any claims after a 24hr period will not be accepted.
  • Any claims where the delivery note has been signed "received in good condition" will not be accepted.
  • Deliveries are to ground floor only.

 

Returns:

At Slide Wardrobes we hope that you are delighted with your order, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund  , exchange or replacement on any standard size/stock items returned to us within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used, fitted or assembled (if flat packed) or on made to measure/ made to order items.

Return the product to us in its original, unopened and unused condition within 14 working days of delivery ensuring the parcel is properly sealed and protected. Please remember we need to be able to take the item back into stock and re-sell it. Do not send back items in a state you would not be happy to receive. It is the buyers responsibility to return the goods to us and they should be insured by your carriers for the full cost of the returned goods .  You should obtain and retain Proof of Postage. In the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel, we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

We will notify you by email on receipt of your returned parcel. Please allow 30 working days for your refund, exchange or replacement to be processed.

You should receive returned funds within 30 days of receiving your returned goods. Please note that delivery charges cannot be refunded.

In the event items listed on the Delivery Note do not match those contained in your parcel; or goods are received damaged or faulty in any way, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours) in writing by emailing Customer Services on info@sildewardrobes.co.uk ).

Your statutory rights are not affected.
