Shipping & Delivery

Your order will be delivered to you within 2 to 3 weeks from order and up to 28 days during extremenly busy periods. Once your order has been dispatched, our home delivery service will contact you to arrange delivery. Your order will then be delivered to you on the date arranged, our drivers where possible will give you a delivery time slot in which they will be expected to arrive.

When a purchase is made on our site, we ask for your name, telephone number, home address, email addres, delivery address, and payment method details. We may obtain information about your usage of our Web site(s) to help us develop and improve it furtherYour data will enable us, and our processors, to fulfil your order and to notify you about important functionality changes. slidewardrobes.co.uk does not store any financial details on any of their database.We comply with the standards, procedures and requirements laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully.We are committed to protecting your privacy. Returns & Replacements

Standard items ordered in error can be returned for a refund provided they are in an unopened, undamaged and re-sellable condition. You will need to contact us to request a returns number. It is the buyers responsability to pay for the carriage back to us and ensure the items are insured as we cannot issue refunds for any items that are damaged or opened with the packaging ripped.

Any damages or shortages must be reported by writing on the delivery note, any evidence of ripped or opened packaging must be made a note of in the delivery note. Any shortages or items that have been damaged in transit will be replaced as a matter of priority as long as they have been reported on the delivery note.

No claims against damage can be entertained if the delivery note has been signed "received in good condition"

Ordering can be done online through our 100% secure system, or over the telephone. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation, detailing all measurements, colours and customer contact details. you will need to check this and let us know of any changes within 48 hours of order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We require payment up front in full viua debit or credit card. Other method of payment are also accepoted such as check and bacs payment. If payng by bacs, you will need to contact us for details, if paying by bacs or cheque, funds will need to clear prior to us commencing manufacture. An order confirmation will be sent once the funds have cleared.

Viewing Orders

If you have registered an account with us, you can view your order at any time by logging into our website. if you checked out as a guest, you will still receive an order confirmation email confirming all details of you order, further information can be obtained by contacting us.

Updating Account Information

You can update your account information at any time by logging into our website. Unregistered user havent got an account with us and therefore cannot update account information.
